Charles Gatewood is an American visual artist who was born in 1942. Charles has had several gallery and museum exhibitions, including at the Mitchell Algus Gallery. Several works by the artist have been sold at auction including "New York" sold at InnAuction 'Modern Contemporary Art & Photography' in 2016. There have been many articles about Charles Gatewood, including 'Rainin Foundation presenting Symposium on Public Art' written by Charles Desmarais for San Francisco Chronicle in 2016.
